My story
I've watched new tools land on people.
For 15 years I led teams. I saw a lot of new systems arrive. The ones that worked were never the ones with the best features. They were the ones where people felt safe to try, got help on their own tasks, and saw a result in the first week.
Then AI arrived, and I saw the same pattern again, only faster. Companies bought the tools. A few people ran with them. Everyone else went quiet, unsure what was allowed and worried about getting it wrong.
So I left to do this full time. I start with the people, then the habits, then the tools. I train teams on their real work, and I measure the change so leaders can see it.
