AI use policy

How I use AI.

I teach teams to use AI with clear rules, so here are mine.

  1. I use AI to help me draft and prepare.

    Things like first drafts and outlines. It saves time on the parts that don't need me.

  2. I review everything.

    A person, me, reads and checks every piece before it reaches you or your team.

  3. AI never makes decisions about people.

    It doesn't decide anything about clients or training participants. People make those decisions.

  4. Your data stays out of AI tools unless you agree.

    I never put client data into an AI tool without your agreement first.

  5. AI can get things wrong, so I check its work.

    I check facts, numbers and names before anything is shared.
