Example report · not real data
Your office is ready. Your site crews are not, and it is fear, not skill.

The problem
Here's what is probably happening right now.
Some of your people already use AI. Free apps, personal accounts, on their phones. You don't know what client details or prices they paste into it.
Others won't touch it. Not because they can't. Because they're worried about looking slow, getting it wrong, or being replaced.
So the tools you pay for sit unused. The course you bought is forgotten by Friday. And the people who could save hours every week never try.
Nobody will tell you any of this to your face. So you guess. Guessing is the expensive part.
What the research says
You're not the only one guessing.

What you get
One page. The truth about your team.
See it team by team
Office, estimating, site, shop floor. One colour chart shows who is ready and who needs help.
Find the fear
Most teams don't avoid AI because it is hard. They avoid it because they are worried about getting it wrong. Now you will know where.
See the hidden use
How many people use AI without telling anyone, so you can set simple rules before something leaks.
See the gap
Your own guess next to what your team actually says. Most owners are surprised.

How it works
Three steps. No tech needed.
Send one link
By text, email, or a QR code on the site trailer wall. Any phone. No app, no login.
They answer in 7 minutes
In English, French or Spanish. No names. You see how many have answered, never who.
You get your report
In your language, with a 30-day plan, and a call with Lydie to walk through it.
Anonymous
Your people are safe. That's why they'll be honest.
- We never ask for names, emails or phone numbers.
- A team's results only show once 5 people have answered. Smaller teams are combined.
- You see the report once the check closes, not answer by answer.
- Written comments are summarised. No one is quoted word for word.
- Answers are saved without names or contact details, so no answer can be traced back to a person.
No jargon and no tech knowledge needed. The questions talk about daily reports, quotes, schedules and safety meetings, not “large language models”.
The first 10 teams
Be one of the first 10.
I'm building the Team AI Check with my first 10 teams. Ten is as many as I can run well myself, by hand, while I shape the questions.
- What you give
- One link sent to your team. Each person answers 10 plain questions in about 7 minutes. They don't give their names.
- What you get
- A one-page report by team, showing where people feel sure and where they're stuck, and a plan for the next 30 days.
- What I get
- I learn what works. If the check helped, I'll ask you for a short, honest quote. You can say no.
- What happens next
- Nothing, unless you ask.
- Who sees the answers
- Answers are saved without names. A team's results only show once 5 people have answered.
Lydie walks you through your report on a 30-minute call.
Before you join
Good questions.
Does my team need to know anything about AI?
No. Most of the questions are about how people feel and what they do now.
Will people answer honestly?
They don't give their names, small teams are combined, and you never see single answers. That is why it works.
My crew doesn't fill in surveys.
It takes 7 minutes on a phone. Give them the time at a toolbox talk or the start of a shift. We give you a ready-made message and a QR code for the wall.
Some of my team speak French or Spanish.
Each person picks their language. Your report still comes in yours.
What if a team has fewer than 5 people?
Their answers are combined with another small team, so no one can be singled out.
Is this a sales pitch?
No. You get your report and plan, and then nothing happens unless you ask. There is no sales call built in.
Who is behind this?
Lydie Jean, founder of AI Ready Teams. She has led teams since 2005 and teaches business teams to use AI on their real work, in English, French and Spanish.
